  • The Product Owner for Health Cloud supports the goals of Clinical Operations to help members succeed at developing better health and wellness

  • Traditional product owner responsibilities include the collection and prioritization of requirements from the business and various significant partners

  • Handle the needs of existing products while also leading a roadmap for future programs that will use the platform

  • Participate in budgeting / planning for admin / developer support needs

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure an integrated solution that results in a precise member experience

  • Develop Project Requirement Documents in partnership with Product Managers & Product Owners

  • Partner with relevant parts of the organization to align on horizontals roadmap needs and timing

  • Attend agile process meetings to keep project and feature development focused and on track, sign off on completed work, trace completed requirements, hold team accountable to timelines and scope

  • Build and execute on a communication plan to partners and leaders including achieving consensus to vision and strategy



  • 2+ years experience working as a product owner or product manager, or as a Business Analyst

  • 1+ year in Salesforce ecosystem as product owner, architect, admin, or developer

  • Experience following agile development methodology while working toward tight delivery deadlines

  • Ability to keep business and other goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs

  • Working knowledge of JIRA is helpful

  • Experience with complex integrations preferred

  • Experience with Health Cloud and Field Service is preferred
