JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Under general supervision, provides reception, registration, communication and other administrative functions in the various Medicine Clinics. Requires a focus on customer service during all patient and customer interactions. Also requires effective utilization of patient information, billing systems, coordination of insurance documentation, management of patient records and department schedules and effective management of a high volume of incoming telephone calls.
