The Assembler reports directly to the Production Manager, and indirectly to The Shop Floor Leads. The Production team ensures compliance with Wabtec\'s quality standards, while working efficiently and effectively within a lean environment, and is instrumental in furnishing our customers with a quality and reliable product. Duties and Responsibilities: * Inspection for compliance to quality and engineering requirements by confirming specifications, drawings, BOMs, and visual inspections of: o In-process production. o Finished product. * Communicates required adjustments to production. * Verifies assembly checklists are complete and test results are within acceptable ranges. * Maintains quality records. * Creates non-conforming reports. * Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. * Adhere to the Wabtec Code of Conduct. * Other duties as assigned.
