Description:

Inside Sales Position, responsible for generating revenue for the

business from new and existing customers.

Making outbound B2B calls to generate new business orders. Taking inbound request’s via email or calls

for additional services and at the same time looking for opportunities to

upsell to our customer base. This role heavily involves ensuring the customers

experience is second to none.

  • To achieve outbound call andother sales related KPI’s as set by the UK Sales Manager to generate NewBusiness for the company.

  • To process orders quicklyand efficiently for additional contracts for the fleet customer base.

  • To create Upsellopportunities of products and services to the existing fleet base.

  • To follow a structured salesprocess for all orders to ensure the customer receives a great experience.

  • To keep all CRM – Salesforcedata up to date and amend where appropriate

  • To follow GDPR guidelinesfor all phone conversations.

  • To liaise with other businessareas to give the customer a great experience.

  • To work as part of a team

  • To achieve person and business targets

  • Other such tasks asrequested from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a minimum of 3years internal sales experience

  • Must have excellentcommunication skills including active listening, verbal and written.

  • Good negotiation skills, experiencein working to targets and be goal orientated.

  • Must be outgoing,energetic,self-motivated and passionate

  • Must have an excellenttelephone manner

  • Computer literate withexperience of CRM, EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to liaise withclients from numerous different sectors

  • Exceptional organisation andtime management skills
