Oracle Senior Sales Consultant in Miami, Florida

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.

Summary:

The Solution Consultant role, working with other members of the Sales organization, sells the value of NetSuite to prospective customers. As a member of the premier Tiger pre-sales team, you will contribute throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, and in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefit of the NetSuite solution. This regularly involves working with a wide range of resources including NetSuite team members, specialty teams, other Oracle sales teams and 3rd party partners. In this role, depth of supply chain knowledge and industry experience together with NetSuite product knowledge, make the SC a key trusted advisor to our prospects during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite solution on a daily basis

Manage and prioritize sales opportunities

Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives

Provide input to other cross-functional departments about prospect requests and product enhancements as needed

Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong understanding of PSA (Professional Services Automation) as it relates to the following areas:

o Project Management, Resouce Allocation, Project Billing and Time and Expense Tracking

Previous application experience in one or more of the following desired:

o NetSuite, OpenAir, Oracle, SAP, FinancialForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek Vision, Epicor

Experience with accounting topics such as financial reporting, month-end close & consolidation, & Accounts Payable is desirable.

Demonstrated proficiency to identify and solve complex business problems.

Current Sales Consulting experience with an ERP solution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills: sales strategy, needs analysis, competitive positioning and value messaging.

Strong presentation skills and experience interacting with business leaders.

Ability to travel as needed.

BS degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, PMP or CPA or advanced degree desirable.
