Follows established procedures and guidelines to accurately maintain the organization's financial records and transactions. Completes assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles so that the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Collects and compiles financial information and assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and accounting statements for senior management.

  • Assists with preparing entries to accounts and documenting business transactions.

  • Maintains one or more accounting systems.

  • Provides records of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.

  • Prepares any of the following: profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.

  • Maintains receipts and disbursement reports. May prepare reports and tax returns.

  • Ensures accuracy and compliance with all accounting regulations.

Bachelors in Accounting, 2+ years experience with general ledger, AP, and tax.
