This is an exciting opportunity to lead and infuse our Organization with top talent for Capital One. You will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process and provide consulting and guidance to your team. You will lead other recruiters by example and be identified as a subject-matter expert passionately keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers

  • Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

  • Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent

  • Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)

  • Ad hoc Project work – lead miscellaneous department projects

  • Conduct job interviews and facilitate post-interview feedback meetings to aid in candidate selection

  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 4 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter

  • At least 4 years of experience in Client Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Management

  • Proficiency in recruiting systems
