Trinity Health Polysomnographic Technologist - Neurodiagnostics - Full Time - Nights in Mason City, Iowa
The Polysomnographic Technician performs all types of sleep disorder testing, including set-up and performance of nocturnal polysomnograms (PSGs). Comfortable with training of sleep interns as needed.
Must be registered by the American Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists or Board Registered in a related field approved by the Medical Director.
Must be current in CEU’s.
Must apply and receive Iowa Licensure required by the Iowa Department of Public Health.
- 2 years of PSG experience preferred in a sleep disorders setting.
C. Special Skills, Competencies, and Aptitudes
Must be capable of dealing with severally ill patients. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs. Driver's License required, with acceptable driving record.
