Role Overview

Develop Spine Business in local market. Drive sales by developing and offering Spine solutions which satisfy the needs of our customers. He/she works closely with the sales force across a team and all divisions to achieve maximum sales result.

Key responsibilities of suitable applicant:

  • Care of assigned region and product line

  • Professional support of customers

  • Building relationships with key customers

  • Targets accounts

  • Actively takes part in negotiations with customers

  • Reporting and administration

  • Defines and executes local strategy

  • Planning of own activities

  • Launching of new products

  • Local small trainings, seminars, courses organization

  • Proactively provides detailed feedback on local market

  • Representation of the company on various occasions

  • Active monitoring and taking advantage of market opportunities

  • Cooperation with other departments

  • Successful sales record and sales experience

  • Exploring and understanding of the needs of the customers

  • Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills

  • Creativity in developing and selling of solutions that satisfy customer needs

  • Advanced presentation skills

  • Can plan systematically and has strong organizational skills

  • Good active English knowledge
