Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.

Core work activities include:

  • Delegate tasks that will provide opportunities to grow and develop

  • Hold regular coaching session and meeting with the team

  • Monitor and ensure accurate data input by the team

  • Ensure all recipes are ready for analysis

  • Review the DFR and forward to F&B and Senior Management

  • Arrange, supervise and complete reconciliation for the stock take process of F&B, retail, SPA, Fitness, Stewarding and Housekeeping

  • Review the month-end closing relevant journal entry

  • Prepare BS reconciliation support for Food, Beverage, Tobacco, Retail, and Spa & Salon Inventory

  • Perform deep evaluation on the factors that affect the food and beverage cost fluctuation

  • Analyze the effect of promotions on the food and beverage cost

  • Check the unit cost fluctuation and recommend if there is a need for change of supplier

  • Create cost review report to provide meaningful information for management decision-making

Minimum Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent

  • At least 4 year of related work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Cantonese/English)
