Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop sound product strategies and presenting clear measurable objectives that will produce results to achieve our business goals.
Own the full product/game assigned through the lifecycle management which include but not limited to:
-making insights-driven recommendations
-be able to write clear and actionable specifications
-work with multidisciplinary teams to execute necessary actions on time,
-and for greatest impact, analyzing the results and sharing learnings across the team and other departments, upper management
Work with external developers to provide support in game development objectives, which include but not limited to trend analysis, focus group testing/play testing, content management, roadmap planning, marketing strategies and monetization.
Report regularly on project status, on deliveries, identifying any potential risks with proposed solutions, and be able to communicate this clearly on a routine basis to team and project stakeholders.
Proactively identify issues within the game/stages of game development
Build development process and create viable solutions to problems at hand
Create and effectively communicate all tasks, priorities, and deadlines for internal resources and external development teams
Other related duties as assigned
9 years minimum experience of game development, production, and/or live product service experience
Demonstrates exceptional organization, communication, and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to summarize complex problems and present to upper management in a clear and concise way
Experience managing multi-discipline teams
Experience with mobile game development preferred
Leadership experience preferred
