Role Overview

As an HR Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will lead large and complex projects, e.g. technical implementations in the Talent Acquisition space and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and successful delivery to drive targeted business outcomes.

About the role

Day to day you will: * Actively participate in key meetings - engage stakeholders in meaningful dialogue about their business to mutually explore opportunities and define scope for Talent Acquisition needs

Lead solutioning and scoping in partnership with dependent teams, e.g., ITS, other HR teams by having ultimate accountability for the overall development and integration of requirements

Drive estimates for the project's schedule, effort, and costs

Oversee and lead development, implementation and maintenance of the project work plan

Ensure strong partnership cross-functionally, e.g. with ITS for technology implementations

Lead the delivery of the project at the agreed upon terms, costs, schedule, and quality level.

Manage overall project risks and issues, adjusting as necessary and obtain buy-in from senior management.

Represent the project team at stakeholders’ meetings: Obtain buy-in from senior management for all critical project plans, commitments, and changes and ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and control the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations

Accountable for compliance with corporate standards (legal, methodology, etc.) throughout the delivery process * Provide strategic direction to all change management and change enablement processes throughout project duration

About you

Your qualifications likely include:

7+ years of experience in successfully managing multiple large, interrelated projects preferably in HR and / or Talent Acquisition

Track record of establishing and maintaining successful relationships with HR and business senior management. Able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences stakeholder’s commitment and future partnership

Understanding of financial management practices as relate to projects and programs

Significant experience managing risks effectively * Deep understanding and application of delivery methodologies
