What we're looking for

  • Ateam-first attitude

  • Greathospitality skills as well as attention to detail

  • Positiveoutlook and outgoing personality

  • Previoussupervisory experience in a similar quality, five-star, high volumeenvironment is a big plus

As our new Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to any questions from guests, and follow up with guests toensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction

  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.

  • Supplying guests with information regarding property amenities,services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities

  • Responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g.spa services, transportation, religious services, babysitting, dry cleaningetc.) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
