Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues in a timely manner to save our customer’s Service Level and provide excellent customer service both verbally and written

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyze data to show trends and act on data; ability to prioritize work

  • React to critical situations and large events in the region

  • Understand complex issues and be able to work with peers and management to solve issues

  • Work on multiple types of Escalations, Field, Enterprise, Help a Customer, Executive Escalations

  • Leading and supporting CLCA projects; Identify innovative ideas and find better ways of doing work within escalations business

Role Requirements:

  • Comprehensive customer experience skills; Good attitude & Strong team player

  • Experience working within Support & Deployment Services

  • Experience and knowledge of Delta, Fusion, DCCMT, CDMv

  • Experience with liaising with multiple functions, Sales, Tech Support, Resolution Management

  • Strong analytical skills along with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Visio skills; proven presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize work in a metric driven environment; positive dynamic can do attitude

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs while working in a team environment and supporting colleagues

Desirable requirements:

  • Self-motivated & ability to work independently but also across Services Operations; results driven

  • Ability to influence and overcome situations to achieve end goal

  • Ability to cope in fast paced environment

  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet business objectives

  • Adapts communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal/external levels
