Casino Cage Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent guest service.
Accurate performance of monetary transactions with guests and other employees.
Perform Frontline Entry Level Transactions, Chip Bank Transactions, Poker Transactions, Cage Credit Transactions, Cash Bank Transactions and Employee Bank/Window Transactions.
Responsible for compliance of Title 31 requirements and other regulatory requirements.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to use office equipment, input information into computer applications accurately and in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous casino cage experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
