WHAT OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE TO US!

  • MUST have a minimum of 1 YEAR of experience in Call Center or in a Customer Service In Office related position

  • MUST BE a Team Player and work well in team driven environment

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

  • Coachable and able to take direction in a structured environment

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with proficient computer skills (CRM, Dialer & Softphone experience is a PLUS)

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle crossbound calls (inbound/outbound) following the companies scripts, KPI’s, guidelines and coaching

  • Convert all call requests to bookable appointments - All warm leads provided in database - NO COLD CALLING!

  • Creating all customer records in CRM daily

  • Administrative duties as assigned by Call Center Manager
