Sample Coordinator, Customer Experience - 921

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Our Sample Coordinator, Customer Experience role fulfills customer sample orders, special requests and tradeshow requirements. You will get to learn about all of our products that transform rubber waste into high performance surfaces. Our Sample Coordinators, Customer Service have the opportunity to directly help our company sales. You get to make the customers' purchasing decision easier when they can feel and interact with samples of actual product.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday

What you'll be doing: * Monitor sample shared email and Scheduled Shipment dashboard. * Communicate with customer, sales, and sales support for additional information with timely follow-up. * Enter sample orders into Samples website or our Epicor system directly, confirm material availability, ship date and ship method. * Print and notate sample orders and pack lists for packing or processing. * Reply to email inquiries and requests to satisfy customer requests. * Resolve any customer issues regarding tracking, expediting or other irregularities by communicating with customer, sales, sales support, or supervisor. * Troubleshoot and help to resolve computer issues with Epicor, Samples website, email. Enter IT Service tickets when needed. * Collect sample orders received throughout the day and deliver by established turnaround deadlines. * Retrieve sample stock from various locations. * Create sample materials utilizing the band saw, Lawson cutter and drill. * Pack containers to ensure samples are received in good condition. * Monitor inventory levels and request material when stock is low. * Create and print labels using BarTender, attach labels to samples. * Access UPS, FedEx, and USPS computer systems to coordinate and print shipping labels and reports.

W hat you'll bring to the table: * High School diploma or GED OR 4+ years of machine operator or manufacturing experience * Must be able to work overtime to meet operational requirements * 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
