Post Date02 / 11 / 2019Requisition Number 13303 City LaGrangeState GA Work Hours 8 - 5 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST InterfaceFLOR - LaGrange Job Summary:Interface has an International Customer Success Specialist opening in LaGrange, GA.Position summary:To provide proactive Customer Service and Sales Support to all Customers, International Sales Team, Global Manufacturing Facilities, International Sales Offices, Global Corporate Accounts. Assist Customers, Sales, and SSC's in determining product availability, order expediating and follow up on orders to be shipped. Manage orders, build containers and work with Freight Forwarders to schedule bookings.Essential duties:a) Order Entry, audit and provide acknowledgements on international orders.b) Provide Proforma invoices on each order to enable customer to remit payment or obtain inspection permit as required. Obtain freight rates and shipping arrangements to complete a proforma.c) Working with Customer Financial Services to resolve credit issues for wires, CBD, credit card payments as well as processing letters of credit when necessary.d) Making arrangements for product inspection as required by country import regulations as well as special packing as requested.e) Prepare export order for shipping, make bookings. Determine weights/measurements. Schedule container or truck loading. Prepare all export documents, commercial invoice or CCI, NAFTA, certificate of origin, packing list etc. Process freight invoices for payment.f) Schedule shipping and prepare documents for raw material exports requested by other departments.g) Answer emails, instant messages, phone and fax messages received from international Clients and Customers.h) Provide assistance to Domestic Customer Service Professionals shipping goods into foreign countries, make bookings, access freight charges and assist with export documents.
