- Summary *
The Administrative Secretary performs administrative and secretarial assignments in a responsible and confidential nature with the responsibility for ongoing projects and performing a variety of support duties. The Administrative Secretary exercises initiative in handling all administrative work and positively supports the Director.

- Hours *
FT days, 8:00am-5:00pm
Required Skills and Qualifications *
High School diploma or equivalent required
Requires two – three (2-3) years current administrative experience supporting a manager, healthcare setting preferred
Requires previous meeting management experience (scheduling, agenda and material preparation, minutes, etc.)
Requires excellent knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
Requires clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Requires exceptional telephone etiquette and professional interaction with patients, physicians, staff members, and vendors
Excellent customer service, team work, and organizational skill
Requires the ability to be a team player
Requires excellent problem solving skills
Requires the ability to be detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Preferred Skills and Qualifications *
BLS certification for Healthcare Provider
