  • Summary *

The Administrative Secretary performs administrative and secretarial assignments in a responsible and confidential nature with the responsibility for ongoing projects and performing a variety of support duties. The Administrative Secretary exercises initiative in handling all administrative work and positively supports the Director.

This position is located in La Mesa, San Diego County.

  • Hours *

FT days, 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Required Skills and Qualifications *

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Requires two – three (2-3) years current administrative experience supporting a manager, healthcare setting preferred

  • Requires previous meeting management experience (scheduling, agenda and material preparation, minutes, etc.)

  • Requires excellent knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)

  • Requires clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Requires exceptional telephone etiquette and professional interaction with patients, physicians, staff members, and vendors

  • Excellent customer service, team work, and organizational skill

  • Requires the ability to be a team player

  • Requires excellent problem solving skills

  • Requires the ability to be detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities tasks in an accurate and timely manner


  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications *

  • BLS certification for Healthcare Provider
