JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dietary Aide / Server Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide / Server to join our top-notch culinary team at our Cass St location, serving 46 residents. What You\'ll Do: - Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by not only cooking but serving attractive and nutritious meals. - The successful candidate will have the ability to learn our menu to properly describe meal choices to residents and visitors. - Duties include quantity cooking, dish room duties, cleaning duties, serving resident\'s meals, restocking and other kitchen responsibilities. - Evening servers may also vacuum, dust, and clean common areas What You\'ll Need: - Ability to multitask is a must - Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment - Quantity cooking experience, a plus but not required - Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred Other Responsibilities of Job: Determine where patients or patrons would like to eat their meals and help them get situated. Take food orders and relay orders to kitchens or serving counters so they can be filled. Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions. Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items and/or no restricted food or beverages per care plan. Remove trays and stack dishes for return to kitchen after meals are finished. Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws. Clean or sterilize dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, or facilities.
