Your day to day

The Health Club Head Coach a passionate, positive, and energetic person that loves to help people be the best they can be, is responsible for coaching workouts, managing schedules of Fitness trainers within the studio and motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-defined workouts, responsible in planning, assigning and directing work of the fitness team as well as assessing their performance and addressing complaints and resolving any problems. This position is responsible for in interviewing, hiring and training a fitness team member, communications, supervision of childcare, personal training, group exercise and fitness programs. Enhancing profitability by organising and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programmes. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Maintaining customer service standards, enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition. Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies. Undertaking administrative tasks.

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification /Certified / two to four years of experience in a hospitality. Must speak local language. Other languages is an advantage. Ability to take direction from ownership/management and assist in any special project. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members in order to promote high levels of customer service within the staff).
