Responsible for running an efficient and highly professional sales administration and duties by effectively carrying out supporting roles and performing administrative activities which generally include in Event Planning sales activities, customer portfolio management, meeting coordination, Delphi sales, administration and database/records maintenance whilst maintaining confidently of all information.
Experience - minimum 1 year experience in administrative role, with sales/ event planning exposure in hotel is a plus
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline, fresh graduates are welcome
Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Delphi & Opera
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese and English
