Advisory operations lead role performs financial reporting, MIS reporting, Resource Management, Budgeting, variance analysis and adhoc support, as part of the Service Line Operations team. The resource requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail for a highly regarded team that focuses on accuracy and timeliness. He/ She should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of Power Point. Also the candidate requires effective communication skills through email and over the telephone are pre-requisites for this role. The role aims to support the business and its leaders and Senior Management, through reporting and value- added analysis, data analysis and insight for strategy and futuristic business model implementation
Management reporting – Monthly MIS to the GDS Advisory leadership, regional leadership and the GDS account leader.
Resource Management – Liaise with the regional Experience Management team and be the bridge between GDS competency leadership and the regional Experience management team. Overseeing strict adherence to resource management protocols.
Budgeting – Play end to end role in Annual Budgeting exercise for the GDS Advisory service line.
Research forecast, prepare and plan analytical information and communicate to SL/sectors/office and finance.
Provide commentaries on the reporting and play the trusted business advisor role to the leadership.
Work closely with support functions like AMS/ Mobility / recruitment / Talent / Procurement / Finance, etc and act as a hub for all support requirement for business
Prepare various reports related to utilization/target Vs Actual analysis/various cost model, ratio analysis on rank/grade combination and present to the leadership team.
Provide the ideas, take initiatives and be proactive regarding the view/graphs/tables for presentation.
Sound knowledge on monitoring of engagement/project finance and reviews.
Effectively manage the team of operations proffesionals.
Involve in ad-hoc projects
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA in Finance preferred. Min 8-10 years of strong experience in MIS reporting or Management reporting.
Skills and Abilities:

Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills, Power Point
