Focuses on continuous operations, incident, change and problem management of supported configuration items. The main goal is to act as the highest level of Technically Capable individual to trouble shoot and resolve the High severity Incidents and outages in the customer's production environment while maintaining highest level of compliance adhering to Company Policies and Procedure by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. A Tier 2-3 Position in support of Service Assurance operations to support the customer critical outages

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Network troubleshooting/engineering experience

  • Strong Knowledge Cisco Routers/Switches

  • Experience in LAN Switching. vLAN’s, configuration

  • Experience in WAN Router protocols, routing and configuration

  • Exposure to WIFI technologies and WLC controllers.

  • Exposure and experience Cloud based technologies.

  • Very Good Knowledge on LAN and WAN networks

  • Support Network Security Audit Readiness

  • Riverbed WAAS Technologies

  • Aruba/Cisco Wireless Technologies

  • Cisco Switch, Router

  • Juniper Switch, Router

  • Familiar with VPN, eVPN technologies

  • Knowledge on WAN Transport such as MPLS, Frame Relay, etc.

  • Load Balancer Technologies such as BIG IP and Cisco

  • Working knowledge of data communications: premise cabling (Cat5/6), fiber optics, and peripherals.

Education and Qualifications:

Education and Qualifications:

  • Required: CCNP / CCDP or Equivalent

  • Preferred: CCIE or Equivalent

  • Required: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

Additional Preferred Qualifications: Years of Experience 3 +yrs in hardcore networking

  • Education Any Graduates/Diploma in technical Discipline + CCNA/CCNP certified with added knowledge of SDN technologies.

  • Language Excellent English and Native India language

Salary from 1680 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
