Arkema Inc. Supply Chain Specialist Job in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 1075267801A1 The Supply Chain Specialist leverages advanced supply chain tools to optimize the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process through effective inventory modeling, planning, and, where applicable, logistics planning. This role supports and drives the implementation of improved processes and supply chain tools. The Supply Chain Specialist reports directly to the S&OP Manager.

Responsibilities:

Support Supply Chain Operations for Hydrogen Peroxide plants, tolling & terminal operations and import of product, including: Use Supply Chain tools and advanced modeling techniques to calculate appropriate inventory levels, optimize processes. Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, provide analysis, and identify cost reduction opportunities. Validate and process vendor invoices. Serve as NAFTA/USCMA coordinator and work with SC leadership to complete product label reviews as required. Work with customer service to manage the customer complaint process up to and including resolution. Execute terminal activities as defined by Supply Chain Manager Utilizing the SC SMART KPIs, track/analyze various supply chain performance indicators, identify trends, and escalate to SC leadership. Participate in short/mid-term Supply Chain projects and complete assigned tasks. Responsible for master data integrity: creation / change / obsoleting requests Coordinate and participate in customer audits as required. Maintain master list of equipment for fleet of 240+ railcars, 120+ tank trailers, ISO tanks/chassis, including lease timing and costs, inspection history and requirements, ensuring compliance. Manage fleet tracking systems (railcar/tank truck/isos/chassis) & execute new tracking initiatives. Provide daily monitoring & support for sites of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) Act as subject matter expert & point of escalation for customer service team in resolving transportation issues & expediting shipments. Provide carrier rates & transit times upon request.

Support the Sales and Operations Planning, Execution Process by managing the following activities: Convert forecast to a supply/stock replenishment plan (domestic/global) with heavy focus on aligning equipment. Prepare demand review using appropriate forecasting tools. Convert the validated sales forecast into a stock replenishment program (domestic/international) Monitor inventory quality KPI & develop inventory action plans for reduction of subprime.

Support Supply Chain initiatives and reporting, including digitalization: Support the implementation of processes and tools for SC activities and drive adoption of digital initiatives, reporting and process/performance improvements. Support the scale-up and commercialization of new products & new terminals. Optimize swaps and trading agreements. Assist in the implementation of processes and tools for improved inter-region activities as designated by the Supply Chain leadership. Work on Regulatory Data Reporting - etc. (EPA/CDR/REACTS etc.) Provide cost analysis reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or Technical field 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service Experience in Transportation Management Systems required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills) Experience in SC Optimization Systems (i.e., Picaso) and system integrations Proficient in Power BI Dashboards APICS Certification a plus SAP including MM/PP, SD, and F&P and across global ERP platforms. Project Management experience preferred.
