Kforce Talent Sourcer / Researcher in Irving, Texas

Kforce has a client seeking a Talent Sourcer/Researcher in Irving, Texas (TX).Summary:The Talent Sourcer/Researcher will execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines to support various Talent Advisors in hard to fill openings. The ideal candidate will possess exemplary project management skills, an ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, a customer-service orientation and team mentality, as well as professional presence. Responsibilities:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition team in the development and presentation of a diverse slate of qualified candidates to internal clients

  • Use traditional and creative sourcing methods including conducting regular Internet and database searches, for the purpose of building valuable talent pipelines for open searches.

  • Conduct initial outreach via phone and/or email and determine candidate qualifications

  • Develop a strong understanding of client culture and cultivate collaborative relationships with hiring managers and Talent Advisors to understand specific needs

  • Utilize emerging sourcing trends in the recruitment market to develop a sourcing strategy for hard to fill openings

  • Work with Talent Advisors to ensure data accuracy and documentation within the ATS system

  • Report on Talent Acquisition data periodically, identifying areas of opportunities and implementing solutions

  • Minimum of 8 years of direct sourcing experience

  • 5 years recruiting experience

  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for management-level positions

  • Experience working in a role within a high-performance environment where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm

  • Demonstrated ability to partner and interact with Talent Advisors and hiring managers

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Additional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sourcing experience within various job functions such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, General Council, Corporate Strategy for a variety of management levels

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization both verbally and in written correspondence, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

  • Ability to work at a fast-pace, and to prioritize competing priorities with strong business communication, presenting and writing skills
