This position is a Sr. Finance Position supporting a large Ambulatory Service customer in multiple regions across the country. This position is responsible for all financial aspects of supporting this contract including budgeting/forecasting, reporting, analytics, investment tracking, productivity savings planning, strategic initiatives modeling, and other ad hoc financial support. This positions also has shared responsibility for financial diligence associated with market implementations and operational performance analysis that may result in performance incentives of financial penalties. This role reports directly to the Finance VP of Ambulatory Services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

  • Participates in the development of business strategy with Ambulatory leaders

  • Participates in developing business plans and helps leadership achieve objectives

  • Leads large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

  • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

  • Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches to drive financial performance

  • Participates in due diligence for market level implementations and potential acquisition strategies of customer

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting

  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience

  • M&A experience or experience with complex due diligence transactions preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA

  • Understanding of third party contracts and concepts preferred

  • Experience with executive level leadership preferred
