The Program Support Specialist will provide a variety of support functions related to individual security programs. They will monitor service through various systems in order to maintain predetermined metrics and overall customer satisfaction. They will work with National Account Program Management to facilitate best practices and constant improvement in delivery routines and methodology. Customer service aptitude and attitude is essential in the performance of duties, as well as, exhibiting highly developed skills in communication at all levels of interaction.

Position responsibilities will vary by individual assignment and may include any combination of duties outlined below:


  • Work with local Branch and National delivery personnel to ensure customer commitments and expectations are being met

  • Escalate issues (equipment delays, response times, etc) to the appropriate department, individual, or provider including management personnel

  • Review the Service Queue and update call status

  • Gather documentation of and preparation of report function(s) involving various applications for key statistical reports

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ minimum experience providing administration support within business and/or office setting

  • 2+ years’ minimum experience in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • HS Diploma

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships

  • Ability to organize, plan, and meet deadlines
