What You'll Contribute:

Provide security technical expertise and project leadership for the

Identity and Access Management team. Review projects, new applications, IAM

architectural design review/recommendations and provide technical support

for IAM tools.

What You'll Do:

40% - Identity and Access Management Architectural Design

  • Provide architectural design for IAM Cloud implementations

  • Provide architectural design for IAM tools and processes

  • Review new or existing applications for IAM best security practices

40% - Technical Support

  • Support IAM tools for upgrades, vulnerabilities, and technical support

  • Write JSON and Powershell scripts

  • Update or implement appropriate applications configurations

  • Develop workflows and business processes around tools and auditrequirements

20% - People/Resource Management

  • Establish, define and monitor multiple projects

  • Lead and manage projects including complex projects that aremulti-faceted and integrate and/or deploy new technology and/or processes

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, computer technology or otherrelated area field and/or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience working in a CorporateSecurity or Infrastructure field with a minimum 1-2 years of direct, handson experience in security administration

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, Six Sigma training,certification in other project management methodologies, or completion of aformal project management training program. Or a minimum of 5-7 yearsmanaging projects

  • Cloud certifications desired

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven project management and leadership skills and experience with SDLCas it applies to Information Security

  • Must understand information security concepts, protocols, “industry bestpractices” and strategies. Experience with industry regulatory requirementsand working with internal and external audit staff is preferred

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, includingthe ability to communicate effectively with project and applicationdevelopment teams, management and clients is a must

  • Leadership, analytical, teamwork, organization and time management skillsare critical. Must be focused, energetic, meet commitments, and be willingto take ownership, have excellent judgment and integrity

  • Exceptional organizational skills. The ability to manage multipleprojects and priorities while ensuring strategic focus is maintained inorder to accomplish department goals and business objectives

  • High levels of presentation and interpersonal communication skills, bothwritten and verbal

  • Ability to deal with a wide range of people including IT technicalanalysts and architects, IT Managers/Directors, business unit management,and senior executives

  • A highly motivated self-starter. Ability and willingness to workflexibly, under pressure and able to meet deadlines without prompting

  • A team player who understands how to build consensus and who has theability to motivate and manage others, and ensure assigned tasks anddeliverables are being accomplished, reported and completed
