We have an excellent opportunity in our graphic design department for an individual with that unique combination of left and right brain skills. As a Graphic Designer in our marketing department, you would play an integral role within the brand team, designing and producing materials to support the ongoing communication needs of the Delta Faucet Company and all of its brands (Brizo, Delta and Peerless).
Design and develop marketing materials including sell sheets, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, signage, logos, posters, banners, advertisements, brochures, showroom and tradeshow graphics, etc.
Develop and produce layouts for brand Price Books
Support and execute the Brizo, Delta and Peerless brand and positioning strategies through all areas of responsibility
Create visually appealing branded assets based on customer inputs
Process, edit and modify photography in Photoshop
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Development and Sales to support new product launches
Work with internal partners (e.g. brand, channel, product management, product development, research, sales, customer solutions, e-business and web) and external partners (e.g. ad agencies, print vendors, reps, etc.) as required to meet project deliverables
Continually improve processes, shorten lead times and increase efficiency
Ensure all objectives and deadlines are met
Education & Experience:
BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design and three to five years minimum of related graphics and marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat). Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Deep understanding of the print and digital publication processes
Photo editing and re-touching experience using Adobe Photoshop
Excellent project management skills - extremely well organized, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through, ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight
A self-starter and skilled multi-tasker with experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused business environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with internal and external team members and customers
Design portfolio required
