We at Perspecta are currently seeking a MID- LEVEL OPERATIONS MANAGER - SECRET CLEARANCE
Manages all aspects of the daily operation for management center (NOC, Tier 2 Service Desk or other Operations Center). Will act as liaison between Network as a Service (NaaS) AF bases and the Network Operations Squadrons (NOS's) as well as 24th AF or work at NaaS bases (Positions at Langley, Peterson, Cannon, Hurlburt, Lackland AFBs, and Gunter Annex. Develops project plans for the implementation of new telecommunications technology and systems. Directs technical analysis of complex software, hardware, and transmission systems. Coordinates with vendors involved in providing support and installation activities. Supervises team members across multiple shifts. Manages the staff and overall activities of network and/or telecommunications systems planning, engineering and operations. Ensures operational security and readiness of the network infrastructure and all elements of the end to end service chain. Responsible for the long-term planning, including circuit forecasts, traffic studies, mobile device usage, budgets, and other network performance criteria. Manages vendor relationships with LECS, CAPs and other service providers.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. May have Master’s degree in related field. Often holds intermediate-level certification(s) in work field. Typically 8 years of relevant experience

PMP certification; Must have 5-8 years experience as Project / Program manager. Years of experience may substitute for formal education/degree. Secret clearance required.
