Position Title:

Compliance Specialist, Legal Support

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Code of Business Conduct (COBC), designs and develops employee learning and COBC awareness programs that align with the goals of the Legal Department and COBC in complying with regulatory requirements and promoting a corporate culture of ethics and accountability.

Responsible

for the development, implementation, and delivery of the COBC and other

legal and compliance training programs on a global scale

Consults with the

Director COBC, Legal Program Directors, and other subject matter experts

to provide course content and training curriculum

Works

independently to measure training outcomes, track progress, and identify and

resolve deficiencies

Develops,

monitors, and implements platforms for other Legal and COBC products to

include annual compliance certifications and conflict of interest programs

Supports the

COBC investigative program by analyzing data, identifying trends, prepares

professional documents, charts, and illustrations for Executive

presentations

Supports as a

back-up the Sr. Legal Assistant responsible for time-sensitive tracking of

COBC allegations, statistical reporting, and on-demand reports

Qualifications:

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required

Candidate must have

at least five (5) years of professional experience in a similar capacity

developing training curriculum or providing analytical support to a Corporate

Ethics and Compliance or investigative program

Ability to

clearly and accurately convey information, both written and verbal

Organized and

confident in balancing a complex workload with multiple due dates

Ability to

research and analyze data, identify trends, and report on the results

Ability to

prepare illustrative products to include statistical reporting,

newsletters, ethics awareness materials

Ability and

experience in establishing working relations with other business functions

Experience

working in a Legal department, a Compliance and Ethics function, or for an

investigative agency preferred

Experience in

conducting or supporting HR or compliance investigations preferred

Experience in

reviewing data and generating reports from training platforms or case

management systems (NAVEX) preferred

Significant

experience with using computer software such as Microsoft Excel,

PowerPoint, SharePoint and web-based tool or database environments
