Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist -Panametrics is responsible for maximizing the efficiency of our outside Account Management Team.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role as a Sales Support Specialist – Panametrics you will:

  • Partner with and back up an assigned team of outside Account Managers through the following:

  • Create Sales Proposals

  • Send drawings and marketing collateral to customers

  • Field calls from customers and answer basic questions about our products when the Outside Account Manager is meeting with other customers

  • Assist with forecasting and CRM updates

  • Assist with assembly of customer facing presentations

  • Assist with initial prospecting and scheduling appointments for Outside Sales follow up

  • Escalate urgent customer requests to ensure satisfaction

  • Lead qualification/ Demand Gen status updates

  • Run regular sales reports

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4-year college degree

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales or Sales Support

  • Customer facing experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • High technical acumen

  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with customers
