Machine Operator

SECOND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR opening $17.49 an hour Holliston, MA

Responsibilities:

2nd shift: Monday ? Thursday 3:20 to 12:20; Friday 1:30 to 9:30

Operates and maintains various machinery/equipment in support of the production schedule. This includes setting up and running various slitters, spoolers, reagent deposition lines, laminators, assembly lines, packaging lines and pouching machines throughout the plant. This position requires attention to detail, commitment to quality, and high degree of flexibility, good communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to work in a safe manner.

Working hours: 3:20 PM - 12:20 AM

Skills:

Experience, Education, Skills Requirements:

--High school diploma or equivalent

--Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

--Basic PC Skills - Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, eQMS preferred

--ISO 9001 or 13485, CFR 820 preferred

--Ability to read, write and speak English

--Ability to demonstrate basic math skills

--Working knowledge of basic measurement tools such as calipers, tape measures, micrometers or rulers is preferred

--Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

--Ability to lift 50 pounds
