Intel Business CRM & Demand Gen Strategy Manager in Hillsboro, Oregon

The Global CRM & Demand Gen Strategy Manager is responsible for aligning sales strategy with the CRM selling experience. You'll be responsible for evolving the lead management strategy and business process to support the Sales Development sales program. You will make recommendations for automation tools that enable sales development capabilities. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in implementing lead management capabilities that are linked and integrated into enterprise CRM platforms. Relevant experience should include implementing activity sequencing and cadence strategies to automate and operationalize contact and lead nurturing in support of Sales Development capabilities with the goal of increasing lead conversion rates and increasing the sales pipeline.

This position will work across multiple stakeholder sets including: the regional Inside Sales teams, the Global Inside Sales Automation team, Business Management Group and the Salesforce operations team to develop and deploy best-in-class CRM business and lead management capabilities. They should take a holistic "marketing-to-sales" view incorporating critical steps of the customer journey from potential to lead capture, all the way through the sales pipeline. This engagement will require the successful candidate to be skilled in managing and influencing Internal stakeholders and managing third-party vendor relationships. They will be required to keep updated on industry trends on the topics of CRM, Partner CRM, Demand Gen/Lead Management, Pipeline Management, and Sales & Marketing Automation. The successful candidate must be able to develop credibility with the Global Sales teams in the regions and able to drive adoption marketing automation capabilities associated with digital transformation.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Business, Finance or related field required.

  • 5+ years in relevant business operations role supporting sales.

  • 3+ years operations and strategy experience working with Salesforce CRM tool.

  • 2+ years' experience developing strategy with lead management process
