Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.

The Food & Beverage Global Business Unit PMO is looking for a Business Implementation Analyst to develop and manage the tools that drive reporting, analysis, and operational processes related to Consulting.

This role will work within the PMO and coordinate cross-functional processes to streamline, standardize and economize the data and work streams across Consulting.

In the role of PMO Business Implementation Analyst, you will:

  • Assist with analyzing complex business problems to be solved through the creation and enablement of automation, new and/or enhanced tools, documentation, and training.

  • As part of a software project implementation team, provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs.

  • Configure system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business specifications.

  • Design details of automated systems and tools.

  • May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Strong Candidates will have a proven background in Oracle tools and applications such as APEX, Retain, BI, PFM as well as Microsoft Office applications including MS Project as well as knowledge and experience with Oracle Database and SQL, user interface design and implementation, and process implementation.
