The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The Director, Regions supports the overall region's operational strategy and oversight for the university to become the premier university among students, states, communities, and employers in delivering high-quality education and graduates that meet workforce needs. The Director may stand in as the internal and external executive for the state and assist with oversight of all state operations and P&L in addition to directing the day-to-day and long-term state goals and objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Establish and grow brand awareness and enrollment and advance the university's reputation for excellence in the state by representing the university as an accessible, affordable, high-quality workforce related to higher education to community businesses, organizations, educational and political leaders. Assist the Regional VP in the development of a high-powered, regional organization. Recruit and develop high-performing talent and individuals. Manage direct reports and other employees through coaching, training, and motivation to achieve results. Sit in for the Regional VP for presentations, meetings, conferences, and other events when the Regional VP cannot attend. Collaborate with other leaders and departments to resolve state issues as they arise. Manage the day-to-day administration of the region. Influence the definition and guide the development of the university's "flywheel" for the state by developing relationships that drive value for employers, students, and alumni. Project executive presence and deliver presentations as a thought leader in higher education. Develop and manage all aspects of P&L. Manage and support facilities as requested. Prepare and analyze reports, compile monthly operating reports. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to develop and achieve cross-functional strategic plans, key objectives, and measurable KPIs, including managing to differentiated AMP-based targets. Mix of B2B and B2C marketing experience. Experience operating in a disaggregated marketing model; able to make decisions and drive business forward in a highly complex, multi-faceted organization. Success working across marketing and communications disciplines, including brand development, creative, paid media, social media, interactive products, email, field marketing, PR, and analytics.
