STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Western Slope Area Retail Manager

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Corner Square Retail Manager is responsible for the successful daily operation of the designated retail locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: staffing, and training; merchandising; cash management; cleanliness; customer service; inventory management; enforcement of company policies and procedures, and; attainment of store budget goals. Above all, a store manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all customers and staff. Maintain an attractive, safe, customer friendly store environment. Hire and train seasonal and regular retail personnel. Assist Area Retail Manager with hiring and supervising Retail Associates. Maintain appropriate staff schedules. Maintain superior location sanitation. Ensure customer and employee safety. Maintenance of location inventories commensurate with sales volume Product rotation Daily cash reconciliation Supervise customer service, handle special orders, coordinate store tours. Handle donation requests appropriately Keep abreast of changes to mail order policies to assist customers and staff. Develop and implement and manage Good Manufacturing Practices for each location. Responsible for knowing company product recall procedures to ensure HACCP compliance. Assure adherence to company safety policies. Maintain location merchandising according to company guidelines. Maintain store d cor according to company guidelines. Responsible for managing each in a manner consistent with the attainment of store budget guidelines to include: Sales; labor; gross profit; net profit; store expenses. Oversee monthly physical inventory process. Managing the timeclock, punch changes and time off requests in the HCM Conduct regular staff performance reviews in accordance with company policy. Other duties as assigned.
