What You Will Do
As an Associate with Ascension St Mary’s Hospital, you will have the opportunity to managekey processes and responsibilities as a member of the Community Benefit team serving the organization's market or region.
This is a Market Level Manager role supportingmultiple community benefitteams within the Ascension Michigan family. This rolecan reside at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc, MI or Ascension St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw, MI.
Supports the director with planning and coordination related to health needs assessments and implementation strategies.
Monitors and guides the local process of conducting a needs assessment and developing implementation strategy by providing training, facilitating local meetings and representing the organization on state/regional collaborative partnerships.
Creates written community benefit program standards/procedures, provides ongoing training for leaders and associates and oversee data entry into CBISA program and reporting.
Prepares progress reports, stories, and/or templates for communicating community benefit activities, outcomes, and impact for various internal and external audiences.
What You Will Need
None Requiredobtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
