JOB REQUIREMENTS: **Duties:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medication reminders under the direction of healthcare professionals - Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation - Monitor and record vital signs when necessary - Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients when needed - Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance.
