We are currently hiring entry level and experienced Behavioral Health Clinicians and Care Coordinators for our residential, outpatient, detox & inpatient facilities in Erie, Niagara and Genesee Counties.

Within our outpatient positions you have the ability to earn quarterly bonuses and within our inpatient and residential positions you have the ability to earn shift differentials!

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavioral Health Clinician

  • Maintains a caseload consistent with regulations

  • Conducts comprehensive assessment of patient needs

  • Based on assessment, develops a treatment plan reflective of these needs and identified strengths

Duties and Responsibilities for Care Coordinator

  • Provides comprehensive care management for a caseload of approximately 60-70 patients, which includes a minimum of one monthly contact to the patient and a provider or family member. Additional contacts may be necessary and is at the discretion of management

  • Completes comprehensive assessment of patient’s needs

  • Develops comprehensive care plans utilizing EMR (electronic medical record)


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required for our Care Coordinator Positions

  • In last semester of Master's degree and licensure as LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or CASAC required for

  • Behavioral Health Clinician positions

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field preferred for Behavioral Health Clinician positions
