What you'll be doing

As a Senior Voice & Unified Communications Sales Specialist, you’ll work on key business opportunities at BT, making sure you have all the tools you need to deliver the best results. Here you’ll:

  • Take responsibility for a set of accounts or named opportunities to drive incremental growth in this base using our exciting and constantly evolving voice portfolio

  • Work with Account Managers and Acquisition teams to develop well-considered strategies

  • Be an expert on your BT product set and relevant competitors

  • Be committed to learning, developing and keeping up with our industry

We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the Voice & Unified

  • Communications Solutions Market and be conversant in the key technologies across Private & public hosted voice solutions Contact Centre SIP and transforming customers onto IP voice Traditional Calls & Lines including inbound UC and collaboration

  • Strong appreciation of networking technologies and how these underpin voice

  • Knowledge of emerging and disruptive technologies such as FMC

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Commercial acumen and a strong sales track record

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A hunger to deliver results and drive our business forwards
