A Simpay Customer Service Representative is ultimately responsible for having the ability to work efficiently while providing diligent work practices in order to ensure our merchants trust that we are there to support them when they call in with questions, issues, and concerns by providing top-notch customer service to helping clients - big and small.

Requirements

A FEW THINGS WE REQUIRE:

  • 1-3 years of job experience, customer service preferred but not required

  • High School diploma or equivalency

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Ability to perform computer and telephone-based work for extended periods of time

  • Excellent time management, consistency, and reliability

  • Availability Monday-Friday for training shift of 8:30AM-4:30PM

  • First 90 days(+/-) paid on-the-job training

  • After training: Availability Monday through Friday for normal shift of 10:00AM-6:00PM, some flexibility
