This opening is for an Operating FacilityTechnician. The candidate will be required to work at least one weekend day. Shift hours are to be decided based on knowledge, skill and ability.

Must be able to successfully communicate and interact with associates at all levels including management and outside vendors/contractors. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, adaptreadily to change of work schedule, environment and work well under pressure. Must be detail oriented, professional and motivated. Must be able to handle a labor intensive environment with responsibilities to over 3000 associates and multiple facilities. Must be able to follow through on tasks and have strong documentation skills in order to communicate well.

Responsibilities include:

-Monitoring and adjusting Building controls system, stand by generation and uninterrupted power supply

-Handling internal work orders which include modular furniture reconfigurations, room set ups and MEP issues

-Executing the preventative maintenance program for all building systems (hands on)

-Update maintenance logs on a daily basis (P.C. skills)

-Under proper supervision, will assist in sustaining building operations

-Willing and able to work in all levels of working conditions including inclement weather


  • Experience working in a facilities or similar environment or certifications in at least 2 or more areas listed below:



*HVAC energy management

*UPS/Standby Power Plant Generation

*Commercial construction i.e. framing, drywall, paint etc.
