Consolidations Accountant

education: Bachelor's degree

experience: 7 Years

responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial and management reporting, schedules and financial statements such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flows, and management discussion and analysis

  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting and analysis; propose improvements where appropriate

  • Implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems

  • Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures

  • Assist for annual budgeting process loading into the Company's consolidation system to ensure global budgeting and consolidation

  • Special projects on request such as preparing ad-hoc analysis / reports and assisting with material transactions

qualifications:

Experience:

Degree in Accounting, CPA+ A Plus

At Least 7 years consolidations experience
