We are currently seeking applicants for a Full Time, Year Round Property Manager for our Folly Beach location. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, an eye for detail and a team-work spirit. The Property Manager will work closely with homeowners to maintain a positive relationship and ensure their property is in the best shape possible. This position is provided a full benefits package to include 4 weeks of paid time off per year! Some key highlights of this position are:

  • Maintain the physical property. Obtain contractorbids, submit work orders and ensure work is complete in a timely andsatisfactory manner.

  • Conduct arrival inspections and regular inspectionsin the off season. Check for quality and maintenance issues. Perform lightmaintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, batteries and filters asneeded.

  • Conduct bi-annual inventory inspections. Replacemissing or fully depreciated items such as kitchen wares and bedspreads.Discuss any replacements needed with the homeowner as well as any neededpreventative maintenance such as pressure washing or painting.

  • Respond to Guest issues as it relates to theproperty.

  • Financially responsible for the homeowner’sexpenses. Negotiate best pricing with vendors, obtain bids, approve invoices,discuss expenses with homeowners etc.

  • Provide coverage for other team members forschedule coverage.

  • Will be responsible for being on-call for sevendays every sixth week.

  • Communicate any property issues with team membersand homeowners.

  • Active SC Property Management License.

  • Valid SC Driver’s License.

  • Reliable transportation.
