Department Summary

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for academic and classroom scheduling, student registration, enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, transfer credit articulation, degree audits, monitoring undergraduate general education requirements, degree awarding, course evaluations, student data/statistical analysis, veterans benefits, FERPA compliance, and transcript services. These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.

Position Summary

Manage administration of Enrollment Management’s CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) system with a good understanding of how the CRM should and can be strategically utilized across the organization; analyze business processes and shape the CRM to make those processes more effective; shepherd Enrollment Management’s continuous implementation and deployment of the CRM; advocate for the CRM and participate in the CRM community; manage access to Enrollment Management’s sensitive financial aid data, personally identifiable information (PII) data, and sensitive and confidential (FERPA) student data; monitor, coach, and enforce CRM data quality and integrity across the division; serve as the data manager and advocate for data quality and the critical role it plays in CRM system confidence; assess various options for optimizing and customizing the system to help the system grow and evolve. The incumbent will convene and/or attend regular meetings with stakeholders, support staff and various team members to review upcoming issues, items, and training; collaborate with Information Services staff in developing the system and resolving issues related to it; assist with technical and installation support of CRM software; develop and maintain online resources and user documentation of the CRM; develop reports for end users; assist with user training on the CRM for university personnel, and allocate funds to insure the successful operation of the CRM system. This position reports to the Associate Registrar for Technology/Director of Enrollment Management Technology.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working with complex technology-based projects in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of CRM administration experience.

• Knowledge of higher education sector.

• Programming or SQL skills.

• CRM certification.

• Client service ethos.
