WSP is currently initiating a search for a Biller I for our Ephrata, Pennsylvania office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produces “client-ready” invoices in Oracle and easy Fixed Price/CPM/CPFF manual invoices

  • Follows guidance from Project Accountants to develop client specific invoice format, ensuring compliance with invoicing requirements per contract terms

  • Collects, reviews and assembles back-up for invoices as needed for Project Accountant review, and for distribution to the client per the Project Accountant instructions

  • Reconciles manual invoice to Oracle before releasing approved draft invoice and clears unbilled costs as appropriate based on project type

  • Maintains project files, following appropriate document control procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Oracle or previous experience with accounting software

  • Project related billing experience
