Nature of Work
Draw and coordinate pipefitting and / or mechanical 3D models using Revit and add on software’s. Review engineering drawing and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications, code requirements and standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create fabrication drawings that are professional and accurate using architectural, structural, and plumbing / mechanical contract prints consistent with job specifications, submittal data and engineers intent.
Perform clash detection utilizing Navisworks and BIM 360 Glue
Attend project coordination meetings, as required.
Perform all aspects of the building modeling and coordination.
Be familiar with the workflow in a Revit central model.
Apply judgment, evaluating for best approach, and make decisions with respect to drawings and input interpretation.
Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. One year vocational training from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
5+ years in the BIM industry, mechanical / plumbing trades strongly preferred.
2+ years Revit experience required.
