Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute on assigned payment card compliance projects with business process owners and cross-functional teams to assure successful analysis and remediation recommendations

  • Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to identify changes in business processes which may impact PCI compliance, including proposing changes to existing payment solutions and/or solution development

  • Participate in the development and execution of non-assessment activities

  • Maintain Data Flow Diagram (“DFD”) for assigned compliance projects

  • Manage and maintain project schedules and risk controls database

  • Prepare status reports, dashboard(s), and applicable documentation for managing an assessment from start-to-finish

  • Support analysis or preparation of materials related to the review and escalation of issues, exceptions or changes that require leadership attention

  • Support Associate Directors, Director and applicable business stakeholders in business process remediation

  • Act as a change leader by understanding how decisions are made and the roles people play in an organization to achieve business objectives

  • Support Associate Directors in preparing/delivering executive communications

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree in information system management, computer science, business, finance or a related discipline or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis/consulting in healthcare business operations

  • 2+ years of project management experience leveraging an industry standard methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile etc.)

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner

  • Knowledge/experience with enterprise Governance Risk and Control tools (e.g. eGRC-Archer)

  • Experience with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (e.g. PCI DSS)

  • Project Management Certification

  • Knowledge of performing compliance assessments

  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Software Development Lifecycle practices

  • Understanding information security fundamentals and general security technologies

  • Strong working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast paced environment
